Policies & Procedures

ALL SERVICES ARE BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. We encourage you to use our Book Online feature allowing you to select your preferred day, time & stylist. If a preferred time is not available, please text (866) 974-0658 to be added to our cancellation list.

SANITATION AND DISINFECTING. Our staff works together diligently to keep our establishment germ free. We regularly disinfect all high-touched areas including workstations, lobby furniture, toys, and product displays. All workstations are equipped with disinfectant spray, sanitizing wipes, tissues, baby wipes and hand sanitizer. Workstations and equipment are disinfected after every service and our stylists wash their hands in between services. 

CANCELLATION POLICY. Appointments must be cancelled 1 hour prior to appointment time to avoid a $20.00 late cancel fee. If you're unable to make your appointment, please let us know.

LATE POLICY. If you’re running late, please call (586) 799-7322 with an update on your arrival time. We always do our best to accommodate late arrivals but please understand that arriving late for an appointment will not guarantee services. Being on time for all our scheduled appointments is important to us. If a late arrival interferes with the stylist having proper time to provide services you will be asked to reschedule and a $20.00 late fee will be added to your customer account.

NO SHOW POLICY. A $20.00 no show fee is added to all missed appointments. Repeated no shows will result in appointment refusal.
